Rural Tourism - Pacific Beach Inn

When it comes to unique places we try and take pride in saying we have found some of the most unique in Costa Rica. There is a Pacific beach inn called Necochea . It is a small six bedroom luxurious Inn located in the southern coast. This is a place that is completely surrounded by jungle and a stream passes in front of all the rooms. You look at the view of the ocean that is broken up by the beautiful trees of the rainforest.

Arriving at the Inn is part of the best adventure, as we have had comments from clients asking where the heck are you taking us. It is at the point where you have to drive through a river that they start to wonder. After making the drive through the river you head straight up on a dirt road 2km and there you arrive at the Inn.

The rooms are well designed and appointed with a unique but very luxurious tropical style. The best room in the place is called the Rainforest Suite and is always where we put our clients. There is a small pool located next to the river and a social area where the kids can watch some movies literally in the Jungle. There are outside showers in the rooms that only open up to the jungle.

The meals at the Inn are upon your request. All breakfasts are included and are cooked with a variety of different styles. One day it might be the Spanish omelet and the next day it will be your typical Costa Rican dish of Gallo Pinto.

This is one of the most unique places we have seen. What we like about it, is that yes, it has an ocean view but it is not all about the ocean view. The big trees and jungle surrounding you with the sound of the river mixed in with the sound of the waves makes for a perfect combination of peace with nature.
